The campus is made up of the following group b occupancy buildings: Admin building, not sprinklered, 32,954 sf / 2 stories. Student Center, Fully Sprinklered, 25,660 Sf / 2 Stories. Fine arts building, not sprinklered, 15,878 sf / 1 story. Classroom Building, Not Sprinklered 46,284 Sf / 3 Stories. A new fully addressable fire alarm system with horn/strobe occupant notification shall be installed throughout in compliance with applicable codes and standards. The new fire alarm system shall be onyx series notifier and shall be networked back to the graphical user interface located in the admin building. Removal of all existing fire alarm components is included in the scope of work. Note: the scope of work for the new stem building currently under construction is limited to providing and installing a new network card in the stem building facp and integrating the stem building into the new networked system and workstation.
