Reference Number 0000374186 The purpose of this project is to repair the structure, so that, water is no longer infiltrating the ground below it, in order to eliminate the shifting and erosion, and to ensure the gas pipeline is not damaged. The project work will also require coordination with the Union Pacific Railroad because a portion of the work is within their right-of-way and will also require coordination with Magellan/Oneok the gas pipeline company. Prime Contractors have been pre-qualified for this Invitation to Bid. Bids shall not be accepted from firms other than those pre-qualified firms for this solicitation. This advertisement is for the sole purpose of identifying this procurement action to potential subcontractors who may wish to participate through the selected prime contractor. The Contract Documents require that all work be Substantially Complete by June 30, 2025, with Final Completion by July 31, 2025. Failure to complete the work as prescribed shall be considered as a Breach of Contract and subject to Liquidated Damages which are $1,200.00 per day.
