Work to be performed includes but is not limited to mechanical, electrical, finishes, surface preparation to include repair where applicable, and painting. The fourth floor will be occupied for the duration of construction. Construction shall be coordinated with the selected contractor and owner to allow operations to continue uninterrupted. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 7am-5pm. Interior work that is especially noisy or odorous shall be done during unoccupied times unless prior approval is received by the COA Project Manager. However, contractors are not required to assume any after-hours work in their bids; after-hours work will be negotiated with the selected contractor.
