Renovation of an educational facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Description of Work: Replace two roof-top HVAC units (AC-1 and AC-2) for the Dining Hall. Units are to be ordered without controls and UNR compatible controls will need to be added upon installation. Special Considerations: Work to commence after the end of the school year in 2025. Crane lifts and roof-top work required. This project is a like-for-like replacement for two roof-top HVAC units. With that, there will not be a building permit issued for the work. Estimated Cost Range: $125,000 to $225,000 Liquidated Damages: $500/day Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "June 2, 2025" and shall be fully complete by "August 29, 2025."
