The Construction Budget for the Project is: $10,600,000.00 for the Furnishing of All Labor and Materials to Perform the Work in Conjunction With the Construction of: Morris Sunset East High School School Refresh Mpid #0016004, Pwp Cl-2025-084 the Work Consists of Providing New Equipment and Tr Rooms With New Roof Top Units, Replacement of Gas Package Roof Top Units and Vav's With Reheat System. Provide Ductwork Cleaning and Ductwork Distribution Modifications as Well as a New Ems/bas Controls System. Provide Replacement of the Existing Roof System. Provide Jetting and Cleaning of All Sewer Lines, Storm Drains, Roof Drains and Mill on an as Needed Basis. Installation of Point Repairs to Correct Noted Offsets. Replace All Vent Lines to the Inside of the Roof and Then From the Roof Deck Up 3 Feet. Provide Installation of Directional Sweeps. Replacement of Networking, Security, Fire Alarm and Clock Intercom Systems. Full Renovation of All Restrooms.
