The project consists of the following specifications: o Remove shingled roofing and damaged decking material. o Repair or replace the damaged decking with 1/2 " plywood roof decking or required material. o Provide first 500 sq ft of decking with pricing o Metal flashing shall be installed on all vertical walls meeting the roof shingles or perforations through the roof. o Replace the perimeter metal fascia on the main office building to match with board underlayment. o Install passive exhaust vents on both sides of the Sand Shed, the number of vents will be determined by square feet of roof o Install water and ice shield on all sides of the buildings o Install three tab shingles on both buildings to match, install ridge vents on both buildings. o Install new gutters and downspouts to all buildings Minimum 6 inch on barn and building o Clean up and debris removal. o Provide a minimum of 15 year manufacturers warranty on materials for shingles o Provide a minimum 5 year warranty on labor and other materials Estimated roofing sizes are below Barn 3800 Sq ft Office area 1900 sq ft Storage area 3250 sq ft *RCOC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or any part thereof.
