Scope of work Lake Orion Garage: Michigan prevailing wage standards apply for this project A) Construction Remove Ohan generator and transfer switch on Delta high leg service. Ohan generator and transfer switch will be relocated by RCOC for disposal. Replace concrete pad to fit new generator size. Pad thickness 8 inches with 4 inches above ground and 6 inches of 21 AA base material Rework natural gas service with additional regulator to supply 11” WC for generator operation. Service coordination with DTE gas to supply 11” WC to generator service line and regulate down to 7” WC to supply remaining natural gas supplied equipment. Install RCOC supplied Kohler 125 KW generator and 400-amp transfer switch. Delivery of Kohler products is expected Mid July 2025. The Lake Orion garage will be operational during this construction and main electrical and gas service must be maintained with minimal interruptions. It is understood that the facility will be without back up power during the construction and startup phase. B) PERMITS: Provide all necessary permits for electrical and natural gas plumbing C) ELECTRICAL: Lockout/tag out power to existing system components and disconnect. Pull back wiring and cut back conduit to extent of excavation to prepare for reuse. Pull in new control and monitoring wire for all components (max 4 gauge) D) SERVICE: Provide labor for installation of equipment and assist during start up testing
