Video Surveillance & Door Access Control RFP The purpose of this RFP is to acquire the services of an experienced and qualified vendor(s) to provide, install, configure, and warranty a new video surveillance system and door access control system at the two District buildings identified in Section 1.2. The new systems are to include the following items: o Video surveillance system (VSS) o Video management system (VMS) o Door access control system (DAC) o Demolition of existing cameras o Installation and integration services o Warranty services o Training services (at no charge to the District This project consists of the following buildings: o New Administration Building (Orion Center), 1335 Joslyn Rd, Orion Township, MI 48360 o Lake Orion High School, 495 East Scripps Road, Lake Orion, MI 48360 The District recently acquired a new Administration Building and is renovating it prior to moving into it in mid-December 2025. As part of the renovation, the District is replacing and augmenting the video surveillance system and replacing the door access system. While many locations for both cameras and door access are based on the existing building configuration, there will also be new locations as part of this project. The High School is seeking to refresh the video surveillance system, as well as implement a number of new locations, including in the newly constructed addition (completion expected in December 2025).
