The steeple is experiencing water intrusion that has resulted in damage to the interior ceiling of the Village Council Chambers. Due to the historic nature of the building, contractors must demonstrate experience with similar restoration work and adhere to best practices for the preservation of architectural features Question Acceptance Deadline 05/16/2025 03:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Bidder Prequalification/Preregistration Required - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required - License Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid is required. A performance bond for 100% of the contract amount will be required from the awarded contractor. o A one-year maintenance bond covering workmanship and materials will also be required upon project completion.
