The City of Galveston is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to operate and manage food and beverage concession services within the City of Galveston's parks system. The purpose of offering a concession program within the park system is to provide convenience and enhance the enjoyment of park patrons. More information regarding the City of Galveston is available on the City of Galveston website: www.galvestontx.gov. General Information All proposals meeting the minimum qualifications requirements of this RFP will be reviewed and evaluated based on pre-determined evaluation criteria. The selected proposer(s) will have the option of submitting one of two types of proposals: o Option #1 will be a proposal for the exclusive concession stand rights of all the concession stands listed below owned by the City of Galveston. o Option #2 will be a proposal for an exclusive right to sell at one (1) specific concession location space. Each option will have the exclusive rights to sell approved food and beverage concessions within the park grounds during City of Galveston scheduled events. COG provides the premises in asis condition. COG does not provide food & beverage or additional kitchen equipment. The selected proposer will have access to the concession stand facilities at each park to sell and store approved food and beverage products. The selected proposer will be required to operate the facility according to the terms and conditions outlined in the City of Galveston's RFP Terms and Conditions within Section II of this RFP document.Baseball Fields - The fields host regular season games and tournaments.
