Site work for a civil project in Newport News, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish an annual services contract with one or more qualified Contractors for the provision of construction services to replace residential septic tanks with Grinder Pumps or Gravity Laterals, as well as connection to City sewers. Work Location: City of Newport News Questions regarding this Invitation for Bid (IFB) must be submitted in writing through the OpenGov Procurement Question/Answer Tab via the City's e-Procurement portal, on or before, Monday, January 13, 2025 by 1:00 pm.
