Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Morgan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of 2500 feet of roadway widening with new curb, gutter, storm drain, and sidewalk. The project will also include asphalt milling of the existing roadway with a leveling course, asphalt overly, and roadway striping and is generally located at Young Street between State Street and 700 West. The project has an Engineer's Estimate of $1.7 M. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. No pre-bid conference will be held. Question Deadline 01/24/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Matt Hartvigsen, matth@jonescivil.com. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
