SHA Multifamily Miscellaneous Renovations project at multiple locations in Smithville and Alexandria, TN. The project generally includes Vinyl Window Replacements, HVAC Replacements, Bathroom Renovations, Fencing, and Site Work. We are seeking bids for Selective Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Rough Carpentry, Insulation, Vinyl Window Removal and Replacement, Gypsum, VCT Flooring, Rubber Base, Painting, Bath Accessories, Casework, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Fencing. Subrecipients, contractors, subcontractors and others are encouraged to reach out to the housing authority's Section 3 Coordinator with questions regarding Section 3 compliance: Leslie Martin smthvhou@dtccom.net (615) 597-4140 Summary of Work A. The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following work: 1. Development TN068-005(1) & 68-006(2-E) - Smithville: Remove all vegetation along an existing property line, remove existing vinyl fence and install new wood fence. 2. Development TN068-002 - Alexandria: Replace existing windows with new vinyl windows. 3. Development TN068-005(1) - Smithville: Remove existing PTAC units and fill openings and provide new central HVAC systems. 4. Development TN068-005(2) - Smithville: Replace existing central HVAC systems. 5. Development TN068-007 - Alexandria: Replace existing windows with new vinyl windows and remodel all bathrooms.
