Replacement of an existing 6" diameter water line under Smith Fork Creek adjacent to Old Temperance Hall Road with 8" diameter HDPE water line to be installed via horizontal directional drilling with valves and all appurtenances thereto; Replacement of an existing 4" diameter water line under Smith Fork Creek adjacent to Lancaster Highway with a 6" diameter HDPE water line to be installed via horizontal directional drilling with valves and all appurtenances thereto. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All Bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids. Document Note: No hard copies will be provided. Bidder will be responsible for printing the documents specifically required for Bid submittal, as well as printing of the plans and specifications as needed for Bidder's use. Failure to pay the plan deposit and obtaining Contract Documents from locations other than Hethcoat & Davis, Inc. will result in Bidder not being considered and Bid will not be accepted.
