Scope of Work: The work to be performed under this contract consists of distribution system improvements Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier's check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be furnished by each Bidder as required by the Contract Documents. Minority and women's business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities and equipment, material and/or supply needs. Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in whole or in part by anticipated funds from the ARPA Rural Water Association Infrastructure Grant (RWAIG).
