Delivery Point Genesee County, 1101 Beach St. Rm 361, Flint, MI 48502 Question Acceptance Deadline 01/14/2025 12:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Genesee County is requesting a contractor to remove and install 36 showers that are located within the County's Jail. Work is to include the following: Demolition: Provide temporary dust protection and ventilation protection Remove wall towel hangers o Remove plumbing Protect items and fixtures that cannot be removed Prep all walls, ceilings and floors for all locations New Construction: o Prep and fill chips, cracks and seal surfaces Installation of new stainless steel ceiling panels (seal all joints) Installation of new stainless steel wall panels (seal all joints) o Installation of new towel hooks must be for correctional facility o Installation of new plumbing fixtures Installation of new lighting fixture must be LED Clean up: Work area must be cleaned daily o All tools must be accounted for and removed daily
