The existing property sits on the south side of the Fraser River foreshore, in Ladner Village. Design work would begin in early 2025, with planned completion of the project construction by April 2026. Further update in early spring 2025, upon award. *The total project budget is estimated to be $4.5 million, which includes consulting and design costs.
