Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Billings, Montana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Demolition of Smokestack at Senior High School, Billings, Montana Bids will be received for a single Contract. Attention to Bidders is particularly called to the conditions of employment to be observed State of Montana 2025 Prevailing Wage Rates will be required under the Contract. This project also requires the Contractor to comply with 1% Gross Receipts Tax per Montana Code Annotated. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract amount is required with submission of Bid. And 100% Performance and Payment Bonds are required from the Contractor prior to work commencing on site. The Contractor shall comply with all fair labor practices and shall meet the requirements of the State of Montana Prevailing Wage rates. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid until sixty (60) days after receipt of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive all informalities or reject any or all Bids. The scope of the project consists of removal of the existing smokestack located adjacent to the boiler building in the courtyard at Senior High School. The smokestack is no longer functional so will be removed. Part of the foundation of the smokestack will also be removed. The re-maining portion of stack foundation will be filled with flowable fill. Backfill the area of the removed stack and cover with topsoil, weed barrier, and washed river rock, similar to adjacent existing landscape beds
