Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Grandview, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,550-square-foot clubhouse / community center.

Bids for the 2025 Restrooms and Flooring Project will be accepted. Description: This is one contract for providing demo and build back of two restrooms as well as demo of existing carpet, base boards, floor prep and install of approximately 5,550 sq. ft. of flooring including all labor and materials. This is for conference/rental spaces within the View Community Center. This advertisement is for qualified contractors. The successful bidder may be required to provide references concerning its experience in this type of work and examples of completed projects. The City of Grandview reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
