Work may begin as early as July 1, 2025, if E-RATE funding is approved The Consolidated School District No. 4 (Grandview C-4 School District) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide network cabling for two of its Schools. The work is to be performed in accordance with the provisions included in this request for proposal. To be considered, one (1) bound copy marked "ORIGINAL" and two (2) additional copies of the proposal and a digital copy on a thumb drive in "PDF" format must be received by the Informational Technology Department located at 13007 10 th Street, Grandview, Missouri, 64030, by 1:00 PM on February 11, 2025. Proposals received after 1:00 PM will be rejected. II. NATURE OF SERVICES REQUIRED Background Information The Consolidated School District No. 4 is a K-12 district consisting of one Early Childhood Center, four Elementary Schools, one K-8 School, one Middle School, and one High School. Scope of Work to be Performed The Responders will provide network cabling in the following school buildings: Conn-West Elementary School, 1100 High Grove Road, Grandview, MO 64030 CAIR, 1001 Main Street, Grandview, MO 64030 All work will be completed outside of regular school hours The Grandview C-4 School District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive technical defects, and to select the proposal deemed most advantageous to the District.
