The City of Grandview, Public Works Department is requesting the services of a consulting engineering firm to perform the described professional services for the Blue Ridge Blvd Complete Streets Phase 3 Project. This project will improve Blue Ridge Blvd from I-49 to Grandview Rd with a shared use path, sidewalk, roadway and pedestrian lighting, bike/ped crossings, access management with raised medians, two intersection conversions from traffic signals to roundabouts, upgraded ADA-complaint transit stops, and green infrastructure.
