Duration of the list of qualified companies (in months): 60. Description The purpose of this call for tenders is to retain the professional services whose specialties are indicated below, in order to form a bank of professionals for a period of three years (with the possibility of renewal for two subsequent years, for a maximum period of five years) to carry out various projects for its building stock. The firms selected will be commissioned to carry out various maintenance, repair, standardization, refurbishment, expansion and other projects required to maintain and renovate our building stock within the McGill University Health Centre's budget of at least $9 million per year. The bank of professionals will ideally be made up of at least three suppliers per specialty, in order to rotate suppliers when awarding contracts. The MUHC's Purchasing Department will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and regulations, as well as supplier rotation. Note. Note. Addenda #1 to #4 to this RFP have been published: the closing date initially planned for January 23, 2025, has been extended until January 30, 2025.
