The firms selected will be commissioned to carry out various maintenance, repair, standardization, refurbishment, expansion and other projects required to maintain and renovate our building stock within the McGill University Health Centre's budget of at least $9 million per year. The bank of professionals will ideally be made up of at least three suppliers per specialty, in order to rotate suppliers when awarding contracts. The MUHC's Purchasing Department will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and regulations, as well as supplier rotation.
