Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Republic, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project shall include the following: o Final grading for installation of asphalt pavement. Pavement subgrade will be installed to approximately two-tenths below finished grade. o Construction and installation of concrete curb and gutter, and base course. o Finish Grade Work & Associated Landscaping, i.e., at back of curb and sidewalks. o Application/installation of seeding and/ or sod. o Installation of Handrail at culvert on east end. o Construction of ADA-compliant sidewalks. o Temporary Traffic Control. o Construction and installation of concrete approach (additive portion of bid). This Project DOES NOT INCLUDE the following: o Stormwater utility installation and Riprap installation. o Erosion control installation Please refer to the following attachments for additional specifications and details: 1.
