Renovation of a municipal facility in Republic, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of September 8, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The selected vendor will design and implement an advanced, flexible audiovisual system for the City's meeting space, supporting combined or split-room configurations with wired and wireless microphones, cameras with remote control and streaming capability, integrated control panels, and comprehensive audio-visual management including outputs to multiple TVs. The solution must support virtual meetings, content storage, and streaming to platforms like YouTube, while ensuring ease of use, robust cybersecurity, future expandability, and thorough staff training. A compact production area with sophisticated software for live stream layout control, and full documentation and support for at least five years, are also required.
