Mason's Cove, LLC, in conjunction with The City of New Franklin, is requesting statements of qualifications (SOQ) for Design Build Management and Construction of a new Event Center to be built on the New Franklin Tudor House grounds. Mason's Cove, LLC, in conjunction with the City of New Franklin, seeks to engage a professional construction firm to provide design build management and construction of a new Event Center to be constructed on the grounds of the New Franklin Tudor House. Since the new Event Center will become the property of the City upon completion, coordination with certain state and federal requirements will be required. Once selected, the Contractor will be responsible to work with the architect to finalize building plans, create project timelines and final budgets, and present a Contract to be executed for final build.
