Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
**Bidders must obtain bid documents directly from the sources listed in the invitation to bid.** The City of Winston-Salem is inviting responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from design-build teams to provide design and construction services for the MLK Center Computer and Music Labs as noted in the scope of work. The services generally include but are not limited to preliminary design & development, schematic design, final design, cost estimates, construction/bidding documents, permitting, project schedules, construction and construction administration services. In accordance with city policy, M/WBE subcontracting goals will be established once the final design is complete and a cost estimate submitted to the City. This is not to be confused with the 10% minimum M/WBE commitment to use M/WBE subcontractors as part of the design-build team in response to this RFQ.
