Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Elmhurst, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The objective of this project is the removal of dirt digging to existing footings, apply modified urethane and a plastic vapor barrier. Backfill and leave mounded earth. Also, PVC downspout extensions and bubbler pots added. Exterior wall sealing and underground gutter extensions Courts Plus Exterior Wall Sealing and Drainage Project A bid security in the amount of 10% of the base bid will be required to accompany bid proposals for this project. This is a Prevailing Wage Schedule Project and the contractor and all sub-contractors are to pay the prevailing wage for Du Page/Cook County for the life of the project and are responsible for keeping up with all changes. Certified payroll is required on this project by both general and sub-contractors.
