Elmhurst Park District 2025 Facility Hvac Replacement for Courts Plus and Administrative Office Courts Plus - 186 S. West Avenue Administrative Office - 375 W. 1st Street Elmhurst, IL 60126 The bid packet will also be available in electronic format. Prospective bidders may email Brian Montgomery, bmontgomery@epd.org to request an electronic version of the bid packet. A bid security in the amount of 10% of the base bid will be required to accompany bid proposals for this project. The Elmhurst Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. This is a Prevailing Wage Schedule Project and the contractor and all sub-contractors are to pay the prevailing wage for Du Page/Cook County for the life of the project and are responsible for keeping up with all changes. Certified payroll is required on this project by both general and sub-contractors.
