The scope of the project includes miscellaneous playground improvements including demolition and construction of a new playground including playground equipment, park furnishings, concrete pads, footings, and curbs, subsurface drainage, and landscape planting and restoration work. This is a Prevailing Wage schedule project and the contractor, and all sub-contractors are required to pay the prevailing wage for DuPage/Cook Counties for the life of the project and are responsible for keeping up with any changes. Certified payroll is required on this project by both general and sub-contractors.
