Statewide Stp Hrrr(24) - Various Sites Along Town Highways in Alburgh, Barre City, Barre Town, Berkshire, Cambridge, Cavendish, Corinth, East Montpelier, Fairfax, Fayston, Hartford, Isle La Motte, Lyndon, Middlesex, Milton, Monkton, Morristown, Newport City, Norwich, Pittsford, Pownal, Springfield, Troy, Vershire, Waterbury, West Rutland, and Weybridge. Type of Construction: Statewide Hes Hrrr(25) - Work to Be Performed Under This Project Installation and Removal of Traffic Signs and Delineators. Statewide Stp Hrrr(24) - Work to Be Performed Under This Project Includes Signing, Pavement Marking, New Crosswalks, Installation of Radar Speed Feedback Signs and Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons, Installation of School Zone Flashing Beacons, Curbing, Sidewalk Installation, and Curb Ramps. Contract Completion Date: This Contract shall be completed on or before October 17, 2025. Bid Bond: Electronic bid bond to be submitted in the amount of 5% of the Contractor's bid. Engineer's Estimate: For this proposal the Engineer's Estimate is Category D. $1,000,000 - $2,500,000 During the advertisement period, all questions shall be addressed solely to the Office of Contract Administration via email: AOT.ConstructionContractingInquiry@vermont.gov. All inquiries must be received by 4:30pm on Wednesday, April 02, 2025. All bidders on this project must hold both current annual Prequalification with the Vermont Agency of Transportation through the "Contractor's Experience Questionnaire and Financial Statement" and unconditioned project-specific approval through the "Standard Form - Request for Proposal" CA-82 form The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, to waive any formality, and any and all technicalities in bids, and to accept such bids as may be deemed in the best interest of the awarding agency. VTDOT: Statewide HES HRRR(25) and Statewide STP HRRR(24) *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
