Request for Proposals (RFP): North Hero - Grand Isle Drawbridge Commercial Maintenance and Pest Removal Services 2024 The District Maintenance Division of the Vermont Agency of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as VTrans, is seeking contractor services to ensure the maintenance of the Agency of Transportation North Hero- Grand Isle Drawbridge located along Route 2 at the town line. The structure is a drawbridge with two piers that are nearly identical for the rooms and space. One pier has a tender house with all other access points being through hatchways located in each quadrant of the structure. Commercial cleaning,, window cleaning and regular pest control services. All questions related to this RFP shall be forwarded to Caryn Pletzer, AOT Contract Administration, in writing, by e-mail at caryn.pletzer@vermont.gov. All such questions and requests shall be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2024. VTrans will not be bound by any oral communications. All questions or requests for clarification received will be documented and answered after this date Proposers’ Conference: There WILL be an optional pre-bid meeting. Although this pre-bid meeting is optional, it is recommended that all interested Contractors attend. The pre-bid meeting will be held Friday, April 5, 2024 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the North Hero – Grand Isle Drawbridge, US-2, Alburgh, VT 05440.
