Sealed bids will be received by the Municipal Authority of Allegheny Township, Westmoreland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for the following: SEWAGE SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the time of the opening of the bids. Bidders are required to attend and participate in the conference. The ENGINEER will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda, as the ENGINEER considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. Prevailing Wage Rates must be paid on this project, and the CONTRACTOR must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color or national origin.
