Remove existing gas-fired heating and ventilation units HV-1, HV-2, and HV-3 and replace them with new indirect gas-fired rooftop units. B. Connect new heating and ventilation units to existing outside air intake and supply and return ductwork, natural gas and electrical services on roof. C. There will be a TPO roof overlay project at this school, and on this area ofthe roof, during the same time as this project. HVAC Contractor shall coordinate all roof work with the roofing contractor doing the TPO overlay. D. Connection ofnew heating and ventilation units to the existing building energy management system shall be done by the owner.
