Project Scope: The WSU Spokane Nursing Boiler Replacement Project will replace one of the two boilers (B-2) in the building, with the second boiler (B-1) being replaced as an additive alternate. The work includes, but is not limited to, installation of the new boiler, connections to piping and installation of the new ventilation system, controls, and electrical systems as required to complete installation of the boiler and have a complete and operational system. As part of the project, the existing common exhaust flue to the roof and fan system will be replaced to accommodate the new condensing boiler. Work will also include drywall repairs, painting, electrical, and control system work to accommodate the installation of the new systems. Substantial Completion shall be achieved by June 20, 2025.
