Work shall consist of Contract No. 24-002C: Electrical, lighting and fire alarm modification and improvement work as identified within the project documents. Time is of the Essence: Each contract shall be completed by the following dates: Contracts 24-002A, 24-002B, 24-002C, 24-002D: by December 12th, 2025. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the date set for the opening except with the express written approval of the Owner. Owner's Disclaimer/Owner's Discretion to Accept or Reject Bids: The Owner assumes no responsibility, whatsoever, in connection with any defects arising out of the Bidding Documents or the receipt or failure to receive Bids, including those which may arise form delay for any reason, in obtaining or submitting the Bidding Documents, including but not limited to, traffic delay, messengering, mislabeling, misdirections from any source, misdelivery, or otherwise.
