Main Desk Area: Cover four (4) desks with laminate like other desks in department to include two (2) side splashes per desk or similar. Dimensions: o 5' x 3' x 1 1/2 " front & rear o 5' x 3' x 1 1/2 " front & rear o 8' x 3' x 1 1/2 " front & rear o 5' x 3' x 1 1/2 " front & rear o 5' x 3' x 1 1/2 " front & rear 2. Counter Upper top: On left side area cover two (2) desks with laminate like the desks in department or similar. Dimensions: o 6'1" x 12" x 1 1/2 " front & rear o 8' x 12" x 1 1/2 " front & rear Underneath of upper countertop needs to be finished. 3. Desktop: Cover shelves on top of main desks with like laminate. Dimensions: o 8' x 2' x 1/2 " front o 5'1" x 2' x 1/2 " front Failure to examine any drawings, specifications, and instructions will be a bidder's risk. If bidder is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the drawings, specifications and instructions or other documents, he should submit a written request for an interpretation to the Purchasing Agent. An interpretation of the documents will be made only by addendum and issued by the Purchasing Agent. Where a brand or trade name appears in the specifications, it is understood that the brand or trade name referred to, or its approved equivalent, shall be furnished.
