Pedestrian Illuminated Downlighting Signage The City requires requires 25 double sided illuminated pedestrian crosswalk signage units with downlighting capabilities that includes the sign and midspan hanger to be used in Pedestrian Corridor Construction projects.The equipment must meet the current Transport Association of Canada as well as Manual of Uniform Control Devices Canada standards. The units need to be shipped complete with all the hangers, brackets, nuts, washers, and other items needed for complete installation of the unit. Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement
