The City seeks to select a general contractor to construct renovations and a 2000 square foot addition to building at 1600 Halifax Street, Regina. The City has purchased the land and building at this address to be used for an emergency shelter. The time is of the essence as the work needs to be done prior to July 10, 2025. The objective is to award to a general contractor that can finish the renovations on schedule. The successful contractor will be doing selective demolitions, general construction activities, and renovations to identified parts of the building. Documents are available at www.sasktenders.ca
