Renovation of a transportation facility in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Since the Montreal maintenance center was built in 1987, the building's maintenance team has operated and maintained the building's HVAC units. The majority of these assets are now at the end of their useful life. VIA wishes to reduce the number of ventilation units to be maintained, and connect the new units to the existing GENESIS 64 system. Particular attention will be paid to heating the platforms and modernizing the energy recovery system (thermal wheel).
