Reference number: 20040590 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-01-22 Replacement of Roof, Doors and Windows, Repair of Balconies and Refurbishment of Apartment 201 at Habitations Jacques-Cartier, 1900 Ave Papineau, Montréal, Borough of Ville-Marie. The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, roof replacement, window and door replacement and balcony repair. Refurbishment of unit 201, sealing of old air conditioning outlets and masonry work. The work will be carried out in a 3-storey building with 24 apartments for families, couples and singles. During the works, the units will be occupied. The work must be carried out within a maximum of 160 working days from the date confirmed for the start of work in the letter of commitment.
