The Plan will be the first step in creating a multimodal corridor that is inclusive of all users and is reflective of the needs of the community it serves, eliminating barriers to jobs, housing, and services. The Plan will be a safety and mobility plan along Arden Way from Del Paso Boulevard to Ethan Way, and the Auburn Boulevard and Harvard Street corridor, from Marconi Circle to Arden Way to enhance safety, mobility, and access to transit, jobs, retail, and community services for all residents living in some 5% LBE Participation is required The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
