This project involves the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the repair of sidewalk, ADA curb ramps, driveway apron, curb & gutter (concrete & granite), and asphalt & brick pavers at various locations within the City of Durham. LICENSED BIDDERS Each bidder must be licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. The City Council of the City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all of the Bids. All bids must include a non-collusion affidavit. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents.
