Project Description: Thornton is requesting bids from the pre-qualified Contractors for the construction of improvements to the 9.4-acre Skylake Ranch Open Space located at 11890 Holly Street. Project includes removal and installation of concrete trailway, installation of soft surface multi-purpose trails, a "nature play" area, lighting, and ancillary items such as benches, shade structures, signage, landscaping, fencing and other items as further described in the Contract Documents. Sealed Bid Proposals are being solicited only from Contractors Pre-Qualified under Thornton's Request for Contractor Qualifications for City of Thornton Parks and Open Space Improvement Projects. *Project information, including timeline and contacts, has been obtained through public sources.
