Full Depth Reclamation of Various Town Roads Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or acceptable bid bond in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) ofthe bid and made payable to the Town ofIslip. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or part, to waive any informality in any or all bids, and to accept the bid or part thereof which it deems most favorable to the Town. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after being publicly opened and read.
