The scope of work generally includes demolition, grading, flatwork (approx. 35,000 sf) picnic shelter installations (2 medium), playground installations (2) including synthetic surfaces and EWF, site furnishings (35), utility work (water and power), landscaping (approx. 5 acres) and an irrigation system (approx.. 5 acres). The contractor will also be required to handle permitting and coordination with the utility providers and City of Lakewood. The project is to be completed within Two Hundred Forty (240) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
