Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The replacement should include the following: - Replace one 30 Ton Split System and one 300,000 BTU Gas Duct Heater. - Current equipment is a single circuit two stage compressor - Remove one room from the system and add ductless minisplit. Heat Load calculation will be needed (Maybe look at 2 - 3 1/2 tons) - New Equipment should include two circuits. Single Compressor for each circuit. - Install new duct work, damper, and actuators - Add Low Ambient Control - To be controlled by Building Automation System - Include any necessary training for Rutherford County Schools Employees - Include Owner's Manual and if different manual for troubleshooting it is to be included (USB Drive) - Include any software if needed - Factory Authorized Start-up. - Installation to be coordinated through the Rutherford County School Maintenance Department. - Installer to sign-in at the school office. - Cleanup of the school property every day is the bidder responsibility. RCS school dumpsters will not be available for vendors to us-
