The City of Wilkes-Barre intends to award a contract to a professional firm under the solicitation for the: 2025-2028 Various Street Paving and Park Upgrade Project Questions can be directed to jzaykowski@wilkes-barre.pa.us or (570) 208-4138 Scope of Work is defined in the request for proposals. The City of Wilkes-Barre reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and request additional information from all proposers when doing so is in the project's best interest.
