The awarded contractor is Keystone Sports Construction with the amount of $109,218.31. Centennial School District will receive sealed bids for the William Tennent Tennis Court Crack Repairs. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to power wash, repair cracks and apply court coloring and line striping to the entirety of all six courts. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, or a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, plainly marked on the outside "William Tennent Tennis Court Crack Repairs" and mailed or delivered to the District Administrative Office address listed above before the hour and date specified.
