A. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Asphalt paving repairs as indicated. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract Log College Middle School Paving Repair for the Log College Middle School Paving Repair project The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight, and permits required to repair on-site paving as indicated. Bids must include a certified check or a bid bond, with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wages shall apply.
